WHEW. It has been a few weeks since I’ve been able to blog a wedding, and it feels SO good to be back! I’m right in the middle of wedding season, and I’ve been loving sharing the weddings I’ve been shooting on my Facebook page and Instagram. I’m about to have a little bit of a wedding break before the second half of my wedding season starts, and I plan on spending a lot of it outdoors! (Step one is to go biking with my handsome boyfriend this weekend.) I plan on sharing all of my recent weddings and engagement sessions on the blog, so stay tuned for more photos of gorgeous couples being all lovey-dovey and, as my niece would say, gross. 😉
Kaitlyn and Dakota got married at Colley Hill Farm in the beginning of May, and I think I may have shed tears four or five times. The first time was definitely when Kaitlyn and Houston read their letters that Dakota had written them. I don’t think there was a single dry eye in the room. (The bridesmaids can attest to that.) The sweetest moment from the entire day was when Houston jumped in Kaitlyn and Dakota’s arms right after the ceremony ended. He was so excited to keep Dakota forever, and everyone that witnessed their embrace saw the love the three of them share.
