Hey there! I’ve been a little behind on blogging, but that just means that I’m posting an extra blog post mid-week! Between being on an eight-day cruise and getting back into the swing of things once we were home, I have taken a few weeks off from posting sessions on my blog. But that changes today!
I photographed Kaitlyn + Josh at Mead’s Quarry back in December for their engagement session. We had such great lighting, which is often rare for December sessions! They are getting married this May, and I loved getting the chance to know them more during their engagement session!
Engagement sessions are important to me for so many reasons. One, I think it is important to document this special time in your life. Engagement only lasts so long, but it’s an exciting time when you’re planning out your future life with your soulmate. Two, I think it’s important to work with all of my clients before their wedding day so that I can see how they like to interact in front of the camera. It also gives my couples a chance to get used to having me photograph them so that we aren’t practicing on the wedding day! Kaitlyn + Josh were such naturals in front of my camera, and that makes me even more excited for their big day this spring!
I’m a wedding and lifestyle photographer based in Knoxville, Tennessee but available anywhere. If you have questions about booking me for a session or wedding, click here! To follow me on social media, check out my Facebook and Instagram.
